Running an Active Directory Query Tool From Windows 7


You can launch a Active Directory Query Window that let's you look up users in your domain by running the following command from the command prompt:
%systemroot%\system32\rundll32.exe dsquery,OpenQueryWindow

 
 
You may be able to use this to update your AD e-mail information.  AD allows you to update your personal information, though you may not be able to change other user's information unless you have additional privileges.
